The Link for the Vulnerable Sectors Police Check is attached below. We have also provided a volunteer declaration form, which you will require in order to have this screening completed free of cost. Please download and fill in the Volunteer Declaration and when prompted, attach in the online application for Vulnerable Sectors Police Record Check.
